What are Makers Cabinet tools made of?
All our tools are made from metal — primarily solid machined brass and carbon steel. We use no plastics. Our packaging is made from card and is 100% recyclable.

Where are your products designed and made?
Every product is designed in London. Production takes place primarily in Shenzhen, China, with selected components sourced from the UK, Italy, and Japan.

Will my tools change over time?
Yes — intentionally. Brass develops a natural patina with use, which is part of its character. If you prefer the original shine, a gentle polish with Brasso will restore it.
How do I care for my tools?
Keep them dry and store them in their sheaths when not in use. Occasional polishing with a soft cloth will maintain their finish. Avoid abrasive cleaning products.
